Terms & Conditions: Excella Mayo Survey

1. Introduction

This promotional survey is conducted by Channel Mobile on behalf of Excella. By participating in this survey, respondents agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Eligibility

Participation is open to South African residents only. Employees of Excella, Channel Mobile, their associated agencies, and their immediate families are not eligible to receive the prize.

3. Promotional Period

The survey and the associated prize giveaway will run until the 150-winner limit is reached. It is expected that responses will be concluded by the end of April 2026.

4. The Prize

The first 150 eligible respondents who successfully complete the survey will each receive a 1GB Mobile Data Bundle.

  • Any entries received after the initial 150 winners have been identified will not be eligible to win.
  • A user can only win a maximum of one (1) 1GB data bundle throughout the duration of the promotion.

5. Data Prize Terms

The 1GB data bundle is a “Same Day Data” reward. Once loaded onto the winner's mobile number, the data must be used within a 24-hour period. Any unused data remaining after 24 hours will expire and be forfeited.

6. Technical Limitations and Forfeiture

The prize is dependent on the winner's mobile network provider and contract type. If a winner's mobile contract or prepaid account cannot be topped up or is incompatible with the specific 1GB bundle being issued, the prize will be forfeited. No cash alternative or substitute prize will be offered in such instances.

7. Winner Selection and Notification

  • Winners are determined based on the chronological order of successful survey completions (first 150).
  • All winners will be selected and have their prizes awarded before the end of April 2026.
  • Winners will be notified of their prize via SMS or WhatsApp to the mobile number used during the survey process.

8. General

  • Participants must provide valid and accurate information to be eligible.
  • Excella and Channel Mobile reserve the right to disqualify any participant suspected of fraud or tampering with the survey process.
  • By participating, you consent to the processing of your personal information for the purposes of awarding the prize and campaign reporting.
